The returns postage will be at your own cost. We will not accept any packages that have been opened and we will charge you to send it back to you.
Should you wish to return a damaged good, we will require you to send us an email to info@clio-beauty.com with pictures of the goods in their sealed transparent bag intact and describe to us what is wrong with the goods and how you think they got damaged in transit.

This means, you should never be unhappy with your order. The transparent sleeve that is airtight means you will never receive a product that is not in its best condition.
Our eyelashes are handmade and our hair extensions are individually made and drawn so you may find some discrepancies with the pictures on the website, we will not accept these claims as ‘faulty items’ as it is not considered a damaged good.
